1. Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to select locations within India.
- Local Delivery: Available in and around Chennai.
- Outstation Delivery: Certain non-perishable items may be shipped to other regions in India.

2. Delivery Timelines
- Farm Fresh Produce (perishables): Orders are usually delivered within 24–48 hours of confirmation, depending on availability and harvest schedules.
- Packaged/Non-perishable items: Shipped within 2–4 business days.
- Delivery times may vary due to weather, holidays, or unforeseen delays.
3. Shipping Charges
- Local Deliveries: Free delivery for orders above ₹999. A nominal fee of ₹70 applies to orders below the minimum threshold.
- Outstation Deliveries: Charges will be calculated at checkout based on location, weight, and courier rates.
4. Order Processing
- Orders placed before [cut-off time, e.g., 5 PM] are processed the same day.
- Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed on the next business day.
- You will receive a confirmation email/SMS with tracking details (where applicable) once your order is dispatched.
5. Delivery Conditions
- Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive perishable items.
- If delivery is unsuccessful due to customer unavailability, an additional re-delivery charge may apply.
- We recommend refrigerating fresh produce immediately upon delivery to maintain quality.
